We are headquartered in Chicago and have a beautiful office overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan in a hybrid work environment model (2-3 days in office/week).
The Role:
Are you enthusiastic about digital media and skilled at managing and optimizing paid campaigns across today’s top platforms? As our Digital Media Manager, you will play an important part in leading campaign launches, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and leadership to deliver strong, measurable results for clients, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and meet key objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute Campaign Launches: Work closely with account and project teams to plan and set up paid media campaigns, following best practices and ensuring accuracy in tracking and delivery.
- Deliver SOPs & Rituals: Monitor ongoing campaign performance, maintain organized documentation, and share regular performance updates with leadership. Ensure agency processes and reporting standards are consistently upheld.
- Implement Tests & Optimize: Conduct campaign optimizations and A/B or multivariate tests in line with strategies approved by leadership, adjusting budgets and bids to improve performance as needed.
- Ensure Tracking Integrity: Oversee the setup and validation of tracking tools, including pixels and UTMs, to ensure accurate reporting.
- Reconcile & Report: Work with leadership on budget reconciliation and campaign reporting, providing clear, actionable insights.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ years of experience executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google & Bing, with a proven ability to improve performance across target KPIs
- 2+ years’ proven expertise in strategizing, launching, and refining app campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- 2+ years hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, with a strong track record of driving measurable improvements across key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience using automated bid strategies such as tCPA, tROAS, rule based bidding, etc.
- Knowledge of Google Performance Max and/or Stack Adapt is a plus

Perks, Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - 75,000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
