Envisionit, an award-winning integrated marketing agency based in Chicago, is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. Our clients span a number of industries including Consumer brands, Technology and Tourism. We are headquartered in Chicago and have a beautiful office overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan in a hybrid work environment model (2-3 days in office/week).

 

The role:

  • Translate client business goals into effective paid media programs including paid search, programmatic, social and offline channels

  • Be a lead generation expert, staying informed of trends with audience data usage, scoring, automation, CRO and other online buying techniques that improve outcomes 

  • Assist with building new campaigns and audit existing ones, with an eye on client growth and ROI

  • Contribute to strategic campaign recommendations and thoughtful media plans

  • Develop, implement and optimize campaigns for assigned accounts alongside Associate Media Director 

  • Be accountable for the quality of day-to-day management including targeting, audiences, influencing creative, copy and UX strategies

  • QA campaigns to ensure accuracy, per approved briefs and media plans

  • Communicate campaign performance and status to key stakeholders, including frontstage with clients 

  • Support reporting framework development and understand MarTech & data integrations alongside Analytics team counterparts 

  • Develop reports that are insightful, actionable and improve ROAS as clients scale

  • Foster relationships with partners and cross-functional teams

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of applicable experience; with a minimum of 2 years in an agency setting

  • A lean-in and proactive personality that thrives on seeing results and success

  • Proficiency in Paid Media platforms, including social, search, programmatic and lead gen software that helps drive performance (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Unbounce, MS Clarity, 6sense, etc.)

  • Intermediate knowledge with testing strategies and methods that result in measurably better business outcomes and improved media quality 

  • Experience in effectively explaining performance to internal and client stakeholders, taking time to educate and provide actionable insights

  • Business acumen to consistently identify opportunities and repeat successes across client groups

  • Solid experience with the following: Google Ads / Bing Ads / SA360, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, Social PlatformsCRMs, and other MarTech automation tools

We will train the right candidate to develop experience with Programmatic DSPs and other MarTech softwares rooted in performance media data & automation technologies
