Envisionit, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in Chicago, is seeking an experienced Senior-level Project Manager to join our growing team focused on a few of our performance media accounts in the consumer services and fintech categories. You will work on a combination of lead generation and digital alongside a tight-knit bunch of seriously talented people who genuinely like each other, have fun and work hard to achieve collective success. We have a beautiful office overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan that serves as the perfect setting for collaboration in our hybrid environment (likely 1-2 days in office each week). Please also note we are prioritizing local candidates for this specific need.
POV for this role: "I love my job because I am passionate about making it easy for my teams to deliver on what we promised to clients when they chose Envisionit as their partner. I bring the experience needed to lead multiple integrated marketing projects across multiple clients and support estimating new work simultaneously – without missing a beat. I am equal parts box-checker and critical thinker, but I also serve as a knowledgeable resource for the team when it comes to the project requirements and goals. I give our ADs and cross-functional teams permission not to worry about our backstage performance, regardless of the discipline involved or deliverable type we’re working on.
I am a stickler for ensuring our core process is followed, because I know that it allows us to do our best work. Internally I am the orchestrator who ensures the team always knows what they need to do, when it’s due and what it's for, and I manage the budgets for all my accounts like a hawk. I can confidently grab the mic in client conversations about project status, budget, timing, dependencies and scoping needs."

- Be the point of escalation and problem-solver to address any challenges that arise, providing solutions that meet both client and agency success criteria
- Provide guidance and hard facts to the AD to help them make decisions regarding scope creep and change orders
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years experience managing a fully integrated marketing campaign from kickoff to flight including developing project plans, project budgets and resourcing for the following types of agency services: strategy, paid media, creative, SEO, email marketing, performance reporting
- Experience with lead generation, B2C and B2B digital programs
